WIRED TOKYO 2007

Dive into Tokyo. Dive into the past. WIRED TOKYO 2007 is a vertical 3D action game that asks you to rethink what climbing means. You scale a single, vast stage that soars above a surreal Tokyo skyline, but progression is not just about moving upward. The game makes falling an active choice: diving from higher points can open routes and shortcuts that were unreachable by climbing alone.

Climb by Falling

At its core, WIRED TOKYO 2007 blends platforming with a puzzle of vertical navigation. Each stage sits on a huge vertical axis, and the environment invites multiple approaches. Unlockable costumes grant new abilities, and swapping costumes in real time changes how you move and interact with the world. That means the same area can be solved differently depending on what you wear and when you decide to jump.

The game emphasizes player-driven exploration. There is no single correct path. You are encouraged to experiment, deliberately dive, and use falls to reach places you could not access by climbing alone. Falling is reframed as a tool for reverse exploration and discovery rather than a mistake.

Costumes Change Everything

WIRED TOKYO's costume system does more than cosmetic work. Each outfit can alter abilities and open new traversal options, creating emergent route design inside the same stage. All costumes are optional, and the game can be cleared from its initial state, so playstyle flexibility is built in rather than forced.

Structurally, you get one expansive 3D stage to explore, a gameplay approach reminiscent of single-vertical-stage experiences like Only Up!. Costume swaps are instant, so improvisation and quick thinking are rewarded. Playtimes are modest but focused: the Normal Ending runs about 3 to 4 hours, while pursuing the True Ending stretches to roughly 6 to 8 hours.

The developer also allows streaming and videos without prior permission. Monetization via official streaming platform tools is permitted, and creators are asked to include the game title in video titles and link the Steam page in descriptions when possible.

A Time-Twisting Story in Akihabara, 2007

WIRED TOKYO 2007 wraps its traversal around a time-themed narrative set in Akihabara, 2007. You follow a girl who works at a maid cafe and notices a strange structure floating above the city. Curiosity drives her upward into the unknown, and the game frames returning to the past as a way to influence the future.
