VOIDSWARM - Command the Last Line Against the Void

They came from the void. Civilization is on its knees, and you are the fleet commander left to hold the line. VOIDSWARM pitches scale against reinvention, asking you to orchestrate hundreds of ships in tense, tactical engagements while improving your designs so future systems stand a better chance.

Build Your Arsenal

At the heart of VOIDSWARM is a simple, brutal loop. The swarm arrives in overwhelming numbers, and you must choose what your hangars produce and deploy. Fighters bring speed and flexibility. Destroyers trade agility for heavier punch. Utility vessels like radar scouts and mining platforms change how a battle unfolds by providing vision, resources, or other strategic advantages.

You are free to craft a doctrine. Will you lead from the front in a nimble strike group, hang back with a lumbering dreadnought force, or focus on support and information to let your fleet punch above its weight? The design choices affect not only individual fights but how your campaign evolves across runs.

Roguelike Progression and Learning Between Runs

VOIDSWARM wears its roguelike nature on its sleeve. Every engagement is a classroom as much as it is a battlefield. When ships fall, each killed enemy and every tactical moment translates into knowledge you can use to refine unit designs and unlock upgrades. Even failed runs are valuable because designs and improvements can be forwarded to other systems, making successive attempts feel meaningfully different.

The systems you encounter are not identical. Resources may be sparse or plentiful, hazards will alter movement and positioning, and enemy command behaviors will force you to adapt. That variability encourages experimentation, rewarding commanders who revise strategy rather than repeat the same plan.

The Scale of Stellar Warfare

VOIDSWARM emphasizes choices at scale. You do not micro every laser blast for a single ship but instead direct squadrons, coordinate planetary defenses, and prioritize targets to blunt the swarm. Split-second choices can ripple outward, costing you territory or saving a world. Between battles you outfit units, deploy defenses on threatened planets, and manage the production and roles of the ships you bring to combat.

The game positions you as the linchpin between survival and annihilation. The promise is a tactical sandbox where fleet composition, upgrade paths, and adaptability decide whether our homeworlds are reclaimed or lost to the void. The swarm is relentless, the stakes are high, and your orders matter.

Awaiting your orders, Commander.
