Conquest of Eldinar Puts 16 Factions Into One Massive 3D Action-RTS

Conquest of Eldinar is an upcoming 3D Real Time Strategy and Action hybrid for Steam PC where you pick one of 16 epic fantasy factions, build bases, field armies, and fight to claim the world. The game blends traditional base-building and tech progression with an Action Combat mode that lets you jump into the boots of any unit on the battlefield.

Action Combat You Actually Play

One of the game's headline hooks is its Action Combat. At any time during a battle you can select a unit and take full player control. Each unit has its own set of skills and abilities, so shifting from macro commander to frontline fighter is part of the design. You can block blows with shields, trade sword strikes, rain arrows on enemy formations, or unleash battlefield spells. That direct control layer aims to keep large scale clashes feeling immediate and tactile rather than purely strategic.

A Chaotic World of 16 Factions and Dynamic Campaigns

Eldinar is a setting of constant conflict. Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Orcs, Dragonkin and more vie for supremacy, each faction arriving with distinct visuals, lore, and play styles. When you start a campaign you choose one faction and face the remaining 15 in a free-for-all struggle across continents. Campaign runs are dynamic - rivals shift, territories change hands, and you must seize regions, counter enemy moves, and upgrade your faction to secure dominance.

Each faction has its own tech tree for advancement. Winning battles and controlling resources lets you unlock new units, structures, spells, passive bonuses, and other faction-specific upgrades so you can tailor progression to your preferred approach.

Multiplayer, Progression, and Rewards

At launch multiplayer will support online matches in 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 formats. Matchmaking will let you test your faction choices against real opponents in casual or ranked play, with leaderboards tracking top performers. Outside of pure progression, the game includes unlockable cosmetic content for player profiles. Skins, icons, emotes, banners and similar items are earned with in-game currency obtained through victories in either singleplayer or multiplayer and can be used across both modes.

Why Conquest of Eldinar Is One to Watch

Conquest of Eldinar mixes the familiar pillars of RTS gameplay with an active, moment-to-moment action layer. If you like building and commanding large armies but also want the option to personally turn the tide in a single duel or siege, the hybrid approach looks promising. With 16 factions to master and both campaign and competitive modes supported, there should be plenty of reasons to dive in when it arrives on Steam PC.
