Flaghead: Become a Country and Survive Through History

Flaghead turns national identity into an all-out, era-hopping brawl. You play as a Flaghead - literally a country incarnate - and fight your way from the dark ages into cybernetic futures and beyond. Expect waves of enemies from different historical moments, rapid runs, and a power curve that escalates from scrappy to absurdly godlike.

The core hook is simple and wonderfully chaotic. Each run throws you into an arena with auto-firing weapons by default, a loadout of up to six weapons for some Flagheads, and a stack of cards to twist your build into something unexpected. Whether you prefer miniguns, rocket launchers, laser rifles or a heckin baguette, the world will not survive your national identity for long.

Weapons, Ultimates and Power Fantasy

Flaghead packs 50 distinct weapons and over 50 ultimate abilities that change how you approach combat. Weapons span melee and projectile options, and some Flagheads can juggle as many as six at once, so build variety matters. Auto-fire removes the need to click constantly, but manual aiming is available if you want more direct control.

Ultimate abilities are the moment-to-moment escalation tool. They range from massive magical explosions to shockwaves and other high-impact effects that can clear rooms, push back bosses, or reshape the battlefield. As your power scales through cards and upgrades, the game leans into that delicious roguelite fantasy where you become capable of obliterating entire enemy swarms and bosses.

Classes, Cards and 197 Playable Flagheads

Flaghead leans into variety. There are 197 playable Flagheads, each with its own playstyle to discover. Four classes provide a framework for how you approach runs: Warrior, Mage, Ranger and Villager, each with an assortment of traits that shift tactics and synergies.

On top of classes and countries, 100 cards let you craft strange and wild builds. Cards interact with weapons, ultimates and class traits to produce unexpected combos. The result encourages experimentation: try to stack firepower, augment your mobility, or create a quirky thematic build centered on a particular weapon type.

Fast Runs, Moral Choices and Roguelite Loop

Runs are designed to be brisk, typically under 30 minutes, which fits the arcade-friendly arena shoot-em-up vibe. The roguelite progression lets you climb power within a single run while still offering the loop of retry, learn and adapt.

Flaghead also weaves in moral choices. You will encounter chained Flagheads captured by enemies and must choose how to treat them: Pet, Tax or KILL. Those choices add a surprising emotional and strategic layer to the carnage. Do you bolster your roster and reputation, exploit survivors for resources, or wipe them out in the name of survival? Each option promises memorable moments.
