Compass

Compass drops you into otherworldly skies as the scout for a wandering Caravan. Your job is simple in description and rich in implication: fly ahead, find safe passages, recover lost cargo, and uncover why something stirs within the clouds.

This is a VR-first experience built around piloting and physical interaction. You take the helm of a nimble ship, then leave the cockpit to grapple, climb, and tinker among ruins suspended in the mist. It mixes open-world exploration with tactile puzzle solving, and the Caravan depends on the routes you discover.

Pilot Your Ship

Flying in Compass is the core of the experience. You steer a scout vessel across vast skies that shift from calm airways to hazardous floating landscapes. Each region presents different traversal challenges, from tight canyons of rock and cloud to fragile ruins that react to your passage.

Ship upgrades play a clear role. Better parts let you push farther into dangerous routes and carry more cargo back for the Caravan. The upgrade loop feels purpose driven because each newly accessible route can open side objectives, rescued supplies, and new NPC encounters.

Grapple and Solve

This is where Compass leans into VR's strengths. You will frequently step out of the cockpit and use hand grapples to swing through broken structures, climb towers, and manipulate environmental puzzles. Those grapples are not just traversal tools. They are your way to interact with the world, reconnect ancient mechanisms, and access shortcuts for your ship.

Puzzles are physical in nature. Expect to yank levers, latch onto anchor points, and improvise solutions by using grapple momentum. That physicality gives exploration a satisfying rhythm: fly to a site, disembark, solve or clear a path, then return to guide the Caravan through.

Scout the Unknown

The Caravan is more than a backdrop. It is the reason you chart safe paths across the sky. As you explore, you will recover lost cargo, meet people living on floating isles, and look for signs of missing companions. Those discoveries anchor the open-world loop with human stakes and small rewards that matter to your traveling community.

Compass encourages curiosity. Ruins, drifting outposts, and scattered wreckage hide optional secrets. The further you push into the unknown, the more you learn about the sky's history and whatever force is beginning to wake inside the clouds.

A Sky with a Slow-Burning Mystery

There is a deliberate sense of wonder and unease to Compass. The environments are designed to reward careful piloting and hands-on interaction while seeding a mystery that unfurls as you explore. It never feels frantic; instead it asks you to pay attention, improvise with your grapples, and consider routes that balance risk and reward for the Caravan.

For players who enjoy VR flight, physics-forward puzzles, and exploration with a purpose, Compass looks like a strong fit. It keeps its focus tight: pilot well, solve with your hands, and lead your caravan into whatever waits beyond the horizon.
