A Baby CEO?! Puts a Demon Toddler in Charge of a Struggling Book Empire

Running a company is hard. Running a company when you cannot even talk yet? That is a whole different challenge. A Baby CEO?! takes that delightful absurdity and turns it into a 2D casual management sim where you step into the tiny shoes of Bosu, an adorable demon baby hired as the tenth new boss of The Crimson Chronicle.

Yes, you read that right. A demon baby. In a suit. With 24 weeks to save a failing book company.

A Job Fit for a Baby

The setup is simple but full of potential. The Crimson Chronicle is struggling, morale is shaky, and the board has made a bold decision. Instead of another traditional executive, they bring in Bosu. He may not have learned to speak yet, but he can confidently deliver a chubby thumbs up or thumbs down.

That is your core mechanic.

Employees will approach Bosu with requests, proposals, and problems. You respond with approval or rejection. Every decision affects their loyalty, and loyalty is key. Say yes too often and your resources may suffer. Say no too often and you risk losing the trust of the team. It is a careful balancing act wrapped in a playful premise.

The twist lies in restraint. You cannot let everyone get away with everything. Even a baby CEO has to think about the bigger picture.

Work on Your ePad

Between decisions, Bosu can “work” on his ePad. This is where you gather information about employees, learn more about the book industry, and figure out how to steer the company in the right direction. It adds a layer of strategy beyond simple up or down choices, encouraging players to pay attention to context and long term consequences.

The 24 week time limit gives the experience structure. You are not just reacting. You are building toward a measurable goal. Keep morale high, manage the budget, and protect the brand. Do well enough, and Bosu keeps his job.

Inspired by Royal Courts and Office Chaos

The developers cite inspiration from Sort the Court, along with titles like Yes, Your Grace and The Pale Beyond. On the surface, that makes sense. Decision driven gameplay with visible consequences is a strong foundation.

At the same time, the tone draws from workplace comedies such as The Office, The IT Crowd, and Office Space. The idea of a dysfunctional company trying to survive under questionable leadership feels right at home in that tradition. The difference here is that the questionable leader is in diapers.

A Colorful Office Full of Personality

With a bright 2D style and a casual structure, A Baby CEO?! seems built for players who enjoy narrative driven management with a comedic twist. It is about people as much as numbers, and about loyalty as much as profit.

Saving a company is serious business. Doing it as a demon baby might just make it unforgettable.
